Luxor Montgomeryville officially broke ground in October 2022 and will feature 225 studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units with amenity-rich common areas throughout. The community is in the heart of the 309 corridor and promises to be a great addition to the area.
Westrum Development Company officially cut the ribbon on the latest and greatest Luxor Lifestyle Brand apartment community in Phoenixville, PA on September 6. Phoenixville’s very own Mayor Pete was also on hand to personally present Westrum with a Certificate of Recognition for the community opening. Stakeholders and residents alike were treated to music, food, libations and entertainment as part of the celebration.
Westrum Development Company expands its Luxor Lifestyle Apartment Brand to the waterfront area of Wilmington, DE. This 193-unit residential apartment community will be open in 2023 and is part of a master redevelopment plan for the riverfront area of Wilmington.
Cinnaminson Township and Westrum Development Company Management make it official as construction on the area’s latest and greatest senior living community begins on Rt 130. Azalea @ Cinnaminson is part of a larger redevelopment initiative in the township and will be open in 2023.
Westrum is looking to continue the success of 2021 by solidifying and expanding opportunities in 2022.
Valued stakeholders including 30 of its first residents celebrated with the Westrum Development Company team, staff, and other professionals as they cut the ribbon on Westrum’s 5th “Next Gen” senior living community. Mercer Hill at Doylestown, located at 2010 S. Easton Rd, is an age-in-place community featuring 146 Independent, Personal, and Memory Care units with exceptional “Main Street” amenities, meals, transportation and more included in one affordable monthly rent.
Westrum Development Company donates $2500 to the Community Partnership School in Brewerytown to help purchase summer reading packets for the students.
In 2018, longtime members of the Fort Washington Swim and Tennis Club were able to buy the club through an agreement with Westrum Development Company – now the Club is paying it forward in the time of COVID.
